I get a lot of calls from people looking for wallpaper murals for their baby room. Most of the time they want cartoon characters and the like, or they are working on a tight budget. I try and talk then into something more creative than existing characters (which are copyright protected anyway!)

Murals are large scale paintings which are applied directly to walls, ceilings, and other large flat surfaces. They are probably the oldest human art form. They started out as a form of communication back in the cave days and became a form of home décor around the turn of the century. Baby nursery murals are just one more way that you can customize any nursery theme. Purchase a wallpaper mural from a nearby store or see what you can find online, paint a mural by hand or see about using nursery stickers, cut outs and decals that you can arrange on the nursery walls to make a lovely display.
