That is where you inhale for 2 seconds, retain the air in your lungs for 8 seconds and exhale for 4 seconds. The minimum allowed period for inhalation is 4 seconds and you are asked to build it up to 16 seconds bearing the ratio of other activities in mind. Anise seed (Pimpinella anisum) is a medicinal herb that is effective in treating asthma. Anise seed has an anti expectorant property useful for the treatment of asthma. It facilitates easy breathing and soothes coughing.
