WATCH OUT! YOUR THOUGHTS SHAPE YOUR LIFE Your thoughts; are they your subconscious speaking or is it your conscious? Are you really talking to yourself or are they just unexpressed thoughts? Our thoughts have an impact on everything we do and say, and yet most of us never give much credence to them. We allow anything and everything to come into our minds without any ciphering. That can be dangerous. We do have control over our thoughts and with a little practice and a lot of determination we can get some control over what enters into our minds and what we allow to linger there. When we are worrying about something we have all kinds of negative thoughts. We think about all the bad things that could happen, or how life has dealt us a bad deal, but when you focus on the negative you're closing the door to other possibilities. Beware of your thoughts, turn your negative thoughts around and see open doors. It's important that you choose your thoughts, so that your thoughts are positive and you focus on the possibilities rather than the negative. Like energy attracts like energy; meaning, you'll keep attracting the negative thoughts you're having. What you project - you'll get back. You can use your energy in positive ways, in ways to benefit you and help you to achieve what you want. The key is learning how to use that energy to benefit you. You can use your positive thoughts to work for you and learn how to attract the right partner, or other things you might want to accomplish, like building a healthy and successful relationship or losing weight. The point here is to remember that your thoughts can shape who you are, even from day to day. If you continually allow the negative thoughts to crowd your mind then you will never be open to the positive possibilities that could happen.
