What is an Effective Job Post for Both Employers and Employee? There are different job posts one can easily find online by just typing the key words. There will be many interested job seekers who will look at it, but more less would never click the apply button. Have you ever wondered why? Both the employers and employees are getting the downside of a wrong job posting method. Check out the reasons why most job posts do not get a positive response. There is an effective way of doing it where both parties can get the good writing communication needed. 1. It does not contain the details job description. Usually, when you look for a job, you automatically go to the job title then the description. This is because job titles are sometimes misleading. A job seeker always read the job description in order to have a clear idea on the type of work expected of his or her. It is hard to just simply imagine and not know if it fits your job experience. Expectations that comes with the job title is hard to achieve if you have unclear ideas on what your duties will be should you decide to accept that job. If you place wanted jobs on job posts, the job description should be necessary. 2. Salary Rate is intentionally not mentioned. When one is looking for work, it is expected that one is looking for a greener pasture. This holds especially true for those who are resigning or planning to resign from their present job. If jobs posts do not include such information, how can you expect applicants to dive for the position even if he has skill for it? Knowing what you are getting if you join the company is important too. Comparing amounts do not just apply in purchasing. Hunting for a job is the same as looking canvassing for a cheaper material. You do not just go and buy it because it looks attractive. You must have sufficient comparison before you decide to purchase. 3. The Benefits offered for both Social and Health Welfare Not all employees are likely to demand for a complete benefit when he or she is really having a hard time looking for a job. However, skilled workers who know their worth and are advocate for justice and honest employment system will demand that they be provided. Without putting the benefits on the job posts literally slows down the response rate for applicants. If given the choice, all employees will certainly demand for a social and health welfare benefit. If an employee does not see any indication of such, then expect that he or she will look further for employees who can give the benefits due him or her. 4. Job Location or Assignment There are job seekers who sometimes neglect to ask where the job assignment would be. Upon acceptance of the job, that’s the only time they are informed. Having a good paying job will not suffice if the employee is hesitant or worst yet being tricked into the position. What employers need to remember, if pays more to be open and frank if you want to be able to hire the perfect employee. Employees on the other hand must ask questions before accepting the job or else you will end up miserable and unproductive.
