All Authors and Publishers of EveryonesArticles.com must follow our legally-binding Terms of Service

Publisher Guidelines

You may publish any Article from this site on yours as long as you do not edit the article and as long as you do include the FULL signature block, also known as 'About the Author' area. You may NOT 'strip' any URL's from any article and post them on your site. You must also publish a link to http://www.everyonesarticles.com along with any single article you publish.

Author Guidelines

By submitting your articles to EveryonesArticles.com you agree to the following:

1. That you are the creator of the article or you own exclusive rights to the article. This means that PLR articles are not acceptable. Any author who is caught submitting PLR content to EveryonesArticles.com will find their account removed along with all previous articles.

2. That the article(s) you submit to EveryonesArticles.com were not "spun" or "spooled" or generated by software. All articles that are submitted to EveryonesArticles.com must be 100% human created.

3. That EveryonesArticles.com and the Company that runs it (Spaulding Marketing Ent.) are not responsible for any "wrong doings" with the articles that you submit. Although we do have Publisher Guidelines that publishers must follow, we are not responsible for anything that may be done with your article(s).

4. That EveryonesArticles.com is authorized to place external links inside of any article in its database.

5. That your article(s) does not contain any affiliate links.

6. That you have not placed any direct links to promotional sites within the body of your article. You may, however, add useful external links to the body of the article but the links may not be your own, or an affiliates.

7. That you have not placed more than two "anchor text" links within the body of your article.

8. That your article(s) do not contain any major grammatical errors and the article(s) you submit "make sense."

9. That your article(s) contains at least 300 words.

10. That the "summary" of your article(s) does not appear in the article body.

11. That there are no "hard line breaks" in your article(s).

12. That your article(s) is submitted to an appropriate category.

13. That EveryonesArticles.com and Spaulding Marketing Ent. may not be help liable for any legal actions that may arise in regards to the articles you submit to EveryonesArticles.com

14. That your account and/or article(s) can be removed at any time for any reason deemed suitable by the administrators of EveryonesArticles.com

15. That the article(s) that you submit to EveryonesArticles.com does not contain any type of promotional material. The body of your article is your opportunity to "give." While the signature block is your opportunity to "take."

16. That you will not receive any type of financial compensation by submitting articles to EveryonesArticles.com

17. That by submitting your article(s) to EveryonesArticles.com your articles are not guaranteed submission into the directory.

18. That EveryonesArticles.com may publish your article elsewhere as long as the article is not changed in any way and all links remain active.

19. That EveryonesArticles.com may syndicate and make syndication available to others through RSS.

20. That your article has not been submitted and/or published to more than 5 other locations on the Internet prior to submitting to EveryonesArticles.com

Plagiarism

EveryonesArticles.com does not condone plagiarism in any way. If you suspect any article(s) within EveryonesArticles.com has been plagiarized, please send an email to info@everyonesarticles.com and the article(s) in question will be removed immediately.

Plagiarism is a crime and EveryonesArticles.com will support any and all legal agency in the prosecution of any Author who knowingly steals the work of others!!
